Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aniket Tours & Travels, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Advance Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the tour or at the time communicated by our team.

2. Tour & Travel Bookings

• All bookings for Tours & Travel Packages are non-refundable once confirmed.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.

3. River Rafting Bookings

• All River Rafting bookings are strictly non-refundable.

• No refund will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

4. Stay / Accommodation Bookings

• All Stay / Accommodation bookings are non-refundable after confirmation.

• No refund will be provided for early check-outs, no-shows, or unused nights.

5. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

• Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the booking.

• If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of booking, the 100% advance amount paid will be refunded.

• After 24 hours from the booking time, no refund will be applicable.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or the bank account provided by the customer.

• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
